Perfect year-round RV destination 1.5 hours from 7 million people. The park is nestled in the heart of all the summer and fall activities the area has to offer: Stunning beaches, plentiful gulf-coast fishing, local events, and some of the best seafood culinary dishes are some of the attractions. All sites are 50’ wide with 65’ and 85’ in length sites. There is plenty of room to park a boat or side-by-side. Amenities include 21 RV sites, a dog park, beachside access, and proximity to popular points of interest.
A 110 acre beachfront resort is set to open in 2024. Located approx. 15 minutes from the RV park the resort is to include: dining, a spa, and a private airport. The park owners anticipate this development will draw additional clientele to the area and guests to the park.
Destination peninsula
​The park is located on a peninsula that is the Texas gulf coast’s best-kept secret. It is a prime destination for RV enthusiasts and sun-worshippers to escape. It’s the perfect getaway to enjoy a rustic beach-town vibe loaded with plenty to see and do.
Sites
There is one additional site on the driveway with full hookups for the office trailer. The trailer is no longer there. There are 2 more 50 amp hookups that can be utilized by food trucks on the driveway. These sites are all outside the gate.
Building
12 covered sites. Metal coverings are 18’ x 40’ x 15’. The office is in a converted trailer.
